All products available on this site come with limited liability and warranty. Charmed Avenue does not assume responsibility for damaged goods after the 14 day return period has passed. All sale items are final and may not be returned. If a manufacturing defect has occurred we will do our best to assist you in obtaining a return authorization from the manufacturer but will not be held responsible for the shipping and handling of the item.
You agree that, except where applicable by law that neither Charmedavenue.com, nor its affiliates, employees or directors will be liable for any damages related to the use of Charmedavenue.com. Charmedavenue.com disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, and all express warranties except those explicitly made here within.
All items on Charmedavenue.com are sold on an as is basis. Charmedavenue.com and our affiliates strive to give the most precise information regarding the products represented on this site. However, by using this site you understand and agree that the colors, descriptions, and measurements may not be accurate and that Charmedavenue.com will not be held accountable for these inaccuracies.
Return Policy
All returns must be sent back with price tags attached, free of stains, cigarette smoke, pet hair, and in sellable condition. To receive a full refund for your Item(s) they must be returned to Charmed Avenue within 14 days of receiving the product, no exceptions. Before sending the item, you must email customerservice@charmedave.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please fill out the Return Authorization form that was included with your shipment, noting your RA# in the upper right hand corner. If you send the item back without receiving a RA# or after the 14 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. By receiving the RA#, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a refund if your item does not meet the return qualifications listed above.

Please ship your return with the shipping company of your choice. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. Charmed Avenue is not responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to the warehouse. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total minus shipping expenses, if any.
Exchanges
All regularly priced items are eligible for exchange. All sale items, jewelry, hats, and accessories are final sale. Exchanges or returns will not be granted for these items. This excludes handbags purchased at full price. To exchange an item, please obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) by contacting customerservice@charmedave.com. Fill out the exchange section of your RA form indicating your top choices for exchange. Please note that we can not guarantee that your top choices will be in stock by the time we receive your package. For faster delivery we recommend placing a new order and returning your item as explained above under Returns. This will ensure that your selected item(s) gets to you faster and will increase the chances that it will be in stock.

Charmed Avenue will not sell or give your information to any other party under any circumstances. When you place an order with Charmedavenue.com your name, contact information, billing and shipping address are retained in our system in order to process your order. Your credit card information is encrypted and stored in a secure server with our online merchant partner, Paypal.
Product Availability
If you see something you like, get it fast! Many of our products can not be reordered and may not be available the next time you visit Charmedavenue.com. Many products you find online are also available in our boutiques while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale online may not be available in Charmed Avenue boutiques.
Charmedavenue.com and the Charmed Avenue boutiques share inventory. Often times, items ordered online are located at various locations. Once items are located, they are transferred and orders will ship in 3 to 5 business days.
